If the dining's room dark, it's lights out for baby boomer customers The Oregon Restaurant Association notes there will be 57 million baby boomers by 2010, and this demographic often dines out. As this age group gets older, restaurants are accommodating their eyesight by adding candles and indirect lighting, and some restaurants simply turn up their dimmer if a customer complains THE OREGONIAN.
